Anmar has a highly skilled demolition team that is capable of mechanical and refractory demolition.
The team consists of qualified Brokk operators and technicians guided by experienced supervision to take on small scale projects to full plant demolition projects.
To ensure effective and safe demolition the team utilizes robotic equipment of the Brokk range with types 90, 160, 180, 280 and 330 being available.
The ability to react to emergency situations positively is always been at the forefront of this winning team.
REFACTORY INSTALLATION
Anmar refractory installation team is well known in the industry for its craftsmanship and ability to meet or to beat most schedules in an highly effective and safe manner.
The team boasts years of experience at every level of the installation process, it has the ability to perform small refractory repairs to full installation.
Successful installations range from PS Converters, Anode Furnaces, Settling Furnaces, Six in Line Rectangular Furnaces, DC Arc Furnace, Circular Copper Cooled Furnaces, Stoves and Blast Furnaces.
MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
Anmar does not utilize third party mechanical crews on projects as most of its competitors, it has its own in house experienced team.
The mechanical team compliments the demo and refractory team so that Anmar can offer a full turnkey operation.
It also has the ability to fabricate and supply from the workshops in Krugersdorp, with 10 ton OH crane and submersed pit for ladle repairs.
FABRICATION

GUNITING
Anmar provides a full guniting service for all applications from quick repair to full installations.
We have three main areas of use which are repairs to existing refractory linings (generally temporary), fire and runout protection for furnace structures and permanent installations such as ducting and off gas systems.
We have also adapted gunning technology to feed charge and slag into furnaces for start-ups and restarts.
MATERIAL SUPPLY
Anmar has the ability to source, select and supply to their clients all types of refractory installation materials.
These products include: refractories, insulation products, anchoring systems and all associated products for their required installations.
We offer the technical ability to support selection recommendations and all products are offered at competitive prices.
Storage of materials can also be offered to our client.
